In the mood for high-end sushi? Look no further than this new arrival. Located at 2507 W. Armitage Ave. in Logan Square, the new reservation-only sushi restaurant is called Kyoten.

The upscale spot offers a $220 omakase menu and says it "approaches sushi as a discipline based on the values purity, harmony, and balance," according to its website. The sushi bar imports its fish from Japan and uses techniques such as aging, curing and marinating to create complexity in its fare.

Check out the sample menu for a list of offerings you may see on your plate.

There's just one review on Yelp thus far, which gives it five stars.

Andrew C., who reviewed the new spot on Aug. 29, wrote, "Chef Otto Phan brings his edomae-style sushi from Austin to Chicago. There is a serious focus on the rice (Inochi no Ichi grain) and its relationship with vinegar."

Kyoten offers seatings at 6 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Click here for more details on making a reservation.
