NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- A suburban summer tradition is back, as the Exchange Club of Naperville hosts the 2017 Naperville RibFest . The 30th Annual RibFest will open on June 30th and closes with a fireworks finale on Monday, July 3rd in Knoch Park, Naperville. The festival features several local restaurants brining their best barbecue recipes. Along with the amazing food, this year's RibFest also features music for everyone; including performances by Toby Keith, the B-52s, Flock of Seagulls, Shinedown, and the Wallflowers. The money raised at the Naperville RibFest benefits local agencies working to prevent and eliminate child abuse and domestic violence. ABC 7 is a proud sponsor. Erin O'Donnell from RibFest and Mark Link, the owner of Uncle Bub's BBQ & Catering, joined ABC 7 with a taste of what the Naperville RibFest has to offer.
