Self-taught pastry chef, Marcus Freeman, 21, owns a local bakery, Signature Sweets Factory, in South Holland.

His one-of-a-kind wedding cakes, sweet tables and birthday cakes are customized to fit any celebration.

Flavor and quality are important to Marcus Freeman and he bakes in a chemical-free commercial kitchen.
