Valentine's Day is right around the corner! And our friends at IKEA are here to give you tips on how to make it special by serving breakfast in bed. First, we're in the kitchen with IKEA specialist, Meredith Kelleher.

We start in the kitchen, with Swedish pancakes, PB&J Overnight Oats and Swedish Style Eggs Benedict!

Visit IKEA for more great food ideas.

Swedish Pancakes

1 package IKEA PANNKAKOR Swedish Pancakes

1 carton fresh strawberries

1 can whipped cream

Heat pancakes according to package instructions. Wash and slice strawberries. Layer warm pancakes with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.

PB&J Overnight Oats

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup IKEA MUSLI

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup IKEA SYLT HALLON & BLABAR raspberry and blueberry jam

Mix yogurt, milk and peanut butter in bowl until smooth. Stir in MUSLI until well incorporated, cover and store overnight in fridge. The next morning spoon the mixture into a glass and top with a layer of jam, garnish with fresh fruit.

Swedish-Style Eggs Benedict

1 package VAFFLOR Waffles

1 package NAJAD LAX

4 whole eggs and 3 egg yolks

1/2 cup butter

1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 dash hot sauce

Heat VAFFLOR Waffles according to package instructions. While they are heating, poach eggs. Heat water in deep frying pan until simmering, then add 1 tablespoon of vinegar to the water. Crack 4 eggs into cups and add eggs one at a time to simmering water. Cover, turn off heat and allow to cook for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes remove with a slotted spoon and blot with a paper towel. To make hollandaise: Place 3 egg yolks, mustard, lemon juice and hot sauce to a blender. Blend for 5 seconds until well combined. Melt butter in a small saucepan until very hot and bubbling. Put blender on high and slowly pour hot butter into the egg mixture in the blender. When butter is fully incorporated and sauce is thick, turn off blender. Place waffles on plate, top with slices of NAJAD LAX salmon and poached eggs. Drizzle hollandaise over and enjoy!
