ROMEOVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Attorneys for a worker who was injured in a gas explosion in southwest suburban Romeoville last week has filed a lawsuit.
The blast leveled two townhouse units and happened while crews were fixing a leak that was reported earlier that day.
One worker suffered minor injuries, but the worker who is suing was severely injured, his lawyer said. A part of the roof fell on him, his lawyer said.
The worker's attorneys are suing the subcontractor who, they say, made the hole in the gas line.
