CHICAGO (WLS) -- Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. on March 13. Remember to set your clocks forward by one hour!

But just because you're losing an hour of sleep doesn't mean you have to be groggy when you start your morning routine.

Health & Fitness Expert Stephanie Mansour joined ABC 7 to give some tips for energizing your morning.
