Moving Day to fundraise for Parkinson's Disease
Moving Day is a national grassroots movement to raise funds for Parkinson's Disease.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Hundreds of people are heading to an event in Lincoln Park to raise awareness about Parkinson's disease. Moving Day (www.movingdaychicago.org) is a national grassroots movement to raise funds for the disease. Moving Day Chicago A Walk for Parkinson's, is sponsored by the National Parkinson Foundation (NPF).

Joyce A. Oberdorf, president and Chief Executive Officer of the National Parkinson Foundation, and Robert Baittie, who lives with Parkinson's and wrote the memoir, "Tremors in the Universe," joined us live from the walk during our ABC 7 Eyewitness News Sunday Morning to tell us about the event and the cause it supports.
