Dozing off for a few minutes during the day may be more beneficial to your overall health than you might think.

A new study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism shows a 30-minute nap can boost your immune system, reduce stress and improve work productivity.

Researchers say napping can also reduce effects of sleep deprivation, which has been linked to obesity, diabetes and even depression.
