Newsviews: Avoiding holiday scams

CHICAGO (WLS) -- This time of year is often called "the season of giving."

We're donating money to help those who are less fortunate, buying gifts for family and friends, but as you do so, you need to beware of scams, fraud and hackers trying to steal your information.
