Illinois State Fair admission increased to $10

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WLS) -- The price of admission to the Illinois State Fair this year will increase to $10 - a 40 percent price increase.

Also, preview night is no longer free. It will cost $5.

The state fair runs Aug. 11 - 21 in Springfield, Ill.
