A plane made an emergency landing on a street in Irvine, California, last week.

IRVINE, Calif. (WLS) -- A plane made an emergency landing on a street in Irvine, California, last week.



A driver caught it on dashcam. It shows the plane landing in an intersection on Red Hill Avenue as if it was a runway.



A voice on the video is heard saying, "Are you kidding me?"



Police say the plane's engine failed and it couldn't get back to Orange County's John Wayne Airport.



An instructor and student were on board at the time - no one was hurt.
