Post Office seeks Chicagoans to respond to letters to Santa

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago's main post office is looking for a few good elves to help with Operation Santa.

As part of the program, people respond to letters to Santa with their own letter and one of the items on the child's wish list.

Thousands of letters are left to answer.

Anyone interested in participating can pick up a letter at Chicago's main post office in the South Loop until Dec. 21.
