Madeleine Albright featured in Chicago Forum on Global Cities

CHICAGO (WLS) -- America's first female Secretary of State helped wrap up an international gathering at Navy Pier.

Madeleine Albright took part in a discussion at the Chicago Forum on Global Cities.

The forum looked at how community leaders around the world can work together to improve the economy and living conditions in their cities.
