Man trapped in crane that hit power lines in West Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Emergency crews are on the scene of a man trapped in a crane that hit power lines on the city's West Side, officials said.

It happened at a construction site near Jackson and Maplewood Thursday afternoon.
