Man with possible dementia missing from SW Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 73-year-old man who may have early-onset dementia has gone missing from Chicago's Southwest Side.

James Gardner was last seen Thursday, May 15th, near 64th St. and S. Maplewood Ave. in the Marquette Park neighborhood.

Gardner is described as 5' 7" tall and 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a brown coat, yellow shirt and black work pants, according to the Chicago Police Department.
