CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Schaumburg dentist accused of taking photos of a child in a public restroom in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood is being sued by the child's mother, according to a Cook County court filing.

Gregory Stump, 68, was arrested in July after police said he took photos of a 16-year-old boy while he was changing at the North Avenue Beach House.

Stump pleaded guilty to a charge of felony possession of child pornography.

The boy's mother is seeking unspecified damages for invasion of privacy, according to a case filing.
