UPPER DARBY, Pa. -- A mother has been arrested in connection with the discovery of deadly drugs in the parking lot of a Delaware County elementary school.

Twenty-nine-year-old Dollinda Williams turned herself into Upper Darby police on Tuesday.

Investigators say Williams dropped her child off at Saint Bernadette's in Drexel Hill last week and two dozen bags of fentanyl fell out of her purse or pocket.

Another parent found the drugs.

Williams was charged with possession and reckless endangerment.
