Daily Herald: Challenges facing Muslim Americans

CHICAGO (WLS) -- It's tough enough being a parent of teens. Imagine raising kids who might be labeled by their peers as terrorists because of their ethnicity - or worse, falling prey to terrorist propaganda that's rampant online. Daily Herald Staff Writer Madhu Krishnamurthy addresses the challenge law-abiding Americans, who happen to be Muslim, face. Compounding the challenge is the fact that three prominent suburban cases allege that suburban young people have plotted to join terrorists overseas.
