CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police say they've identified and are searching for a person of interest in connection with the death of a child found dismembered in the Garfield Park lagoon.

The body of 2-year-old Kyrian Knox was discovered in the lagoon in September. Last week the FBI said it positively matched DNA collected from the missing Rockford boy with that of the remains found in the lagoon.

The cause of death has not been determined.
