Amber Alert canceled after toddler allegedly kidnapped by mom found

FT. WORTH, Texas -- Police in north Texas say the toddler at the center of an Amber Alert has been found safe.

The Ft. Worth Police Department began searching Saturday night for Twinkle Twinkie Twilight, a 15-month-old girl. Officers reported just after 7 a.m. Sunday morning that the child had been found safe.

Police say Vicki Lynn Dixon (Miles), a 42-year-old, took the child. KTVT-TV reports Dixon is the child's biological mother but did not have custody. She has been taken into custody for questioning.
