Tuesday is 'National Unfriend Day' on Facebook

Does your Facebook account need a little cleaning up?

Tuesday is "National Unfriend Day" on the social media site.

Jimmy Kimmel started the tradition back in 2010, calling it a day to tactfully remove people from your Facebook account.

Kimmel had some fun Monday night by asking people why they planned to defriend someone.

People wore masks so they didn't have to worry about hurting anyone's feelings.
