CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Art Institute of Chicago has received a generous gift of $35 million that will allow the museum to add to its holdings in Asian arts and prints and drawings.

Dorothy Braude Edinburg, a longtime benefactor and collector, made the donation.

It's the largest gift the museum has ever received for acquiring new art.
