CHICAGO (WLS) -- Young activists are promising protests at the homes of Chicago lawmakers until they see change. On Friday night, they targeted 21st Ward Ald. Howard Brookins, Jr.

The protesters say they're unhappy with how city lawmakers handled the Laquan McDonald case. Brookins is the head of the Chicago City Council's Black Caucus.

Brookins notes he was the first alderman to call for the release of the police shooting video.
