CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago firefighters are on the scene of a fire at the Aero Auto Repair shop in the 200-block of West 65th Street in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood. There is also a level one hazmat response.

Chicago fire officials say one employee was in the shop at the time of the fire, working on a car with a blow torch. Officials say the fire started when the flame caught some gasoline that was spilled. The employee was not injured. One firefighter sustained a minor sprain injury while fighting the fire.

A large amount of smoke can be seen from the building, and witnesses reported the smoke was visible from the nearby Dan Ryan expressway. No one in the surrounding homes had to be evacuated.
