Drivers stuck at Lansing intersection for hours after train stops

LANSING, Ill. (WLS) -- Drivers were stuck at a suburban Lansing intersection for about three hours Friday evening after a train stopped due to mechanical issues.

The four-locomotive, 176-car train stopped at the intersection of Ridge and Torrence in the south suburb at about 6 p.m. due to a mechanical issue, according to CSX railway.
