CHICAGO (WLS) -- A sexual abuse charge was dropped against former Chicago priest Daniel McCormack.
Police said the alleged victim is no longer cooperating with prosecutors.
McCormack pleaded guilty to child sex abuse charges in 2007 and was sentenced to five years in prison.
He was arrested again in 2014, accused of abusing a child back in 2005.
