CHICAGO (WLS) -- The state investigation into Lincoln Towing is moving forward, as the Illinois Commerce Commission will hold its first hearing on March 24.

For years, there have been complaints the company has improperly towed cars and overcharged drivers.

The commission is trying to determine if the company is fit to hold a license. It announced that it would investigate the company on Feb. 25.
