Driver of green jeep wanted in hit-and-run that injured two teens

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police released a photo Thursday of a vehicle believed to have struck two 16 year olds who were walking in the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood last month.

The teens, a boy and girl, were walking in the 5300-block of West Grand Avenue on the West Side when they were hit.

Police are looking for a dark green SUV, possibly a Jeep Rubicon, which has a spare tire on the back and a "Rubicon" printed on the hood. The vehicle was last seen driving south on Laramie Avenue.
