CHICAGO (WLS) -- Mayor Rahm Emanuel unveiled a project Sunday afternoon to build a trail connecting the Little Village to Pilsen neighborhoods.
The trail, called Paseo, will be built along abandoned railroad tracks.
It will feature gathering spaces, gardens and public art celebrating Latino culture.
The Paseo project will be completed in three phases, with the first one opening to the public later this summer.
