TINLEY PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- As Chicago grapples over whether to build the George Lucas' museum in the city, the suburban mayor has invited the Star Wars creator to his community.

The Daily Southtown reports that Dave Seaman, the mayor of Tinley Park, wrote a letter to Lucas to make a pitch for the "out of this world" opportunity.

Seaman has suggested building the Lucas museum on a plot of land at 183rd Street and Harlem Avenue.
