NORTHWEST INDIANA (WLS) -- Pregnant women in Northwest Indiana can receive free diapers for their baby under a new tobacco-free program.

As part of an effort to help pregnant women quit smoking before, during and after their pregnancy, mothers and mothers-to-be can visit a community center once a month to be tested for nicotine in their system. If she has not smoked, she will receive a $25 voucher for diapers.
