Report: Chance the Rapper hospitalized in NYC

NEW YORK CITY (WLS) -- Chicago native Chance the Rapper was hospitalized Monday in New York City, according to a Billboard magazine.

The performer cancelled a charity concert because of an undisclosed illness, the magazine said. The publication attributes the information to an unnamed source.

In 2014, Chance cancelled an appearance at the Coachella Music Festival after being rushed to the hospital with tonsillitis and the flu.
