YORKVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Yorkville high school is erasing Dennis Hastert's legacy from its hallways.

The school district voted to take down all signs, banners and trophies bearing his name.

The former U.S. House Speaker was sentenced to 15-months in prison for a bank fraud case.

Prosecutors accused him of sexually abusing high school athletes when he was a wrestling coach in suburban Yorkville.
