CHICAGO (WLS) -- Every Chicago police officer responding to calls is now trained to use a Taser.
Officers have been trained over the past few months, something Mayor Rahm Emanuel promised back in December.
The department is also expanding its body-worn camera program to the 14th and 15th districts.
Six districts are now part of the program, with more districts to join soon. The cameras record audio and video in high definition.
