Spate of break-ins hit vehicles near police building in Near West Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Four vehicles were broken into just two blocks from a Chicago police building in the Near West Side, police said.

The break-ins occurred over a two-week period from June 6-19 near the Chicago Police Education and Training Division building.

The burglaries occurred:

June 6 - 1300 block of West Jackson Boulevard

June 8 - 1400 block of West Van Buren Street

June 14 - 1200 block of West Jackson Boulevard

June 18 - 300 block of South Racine Avenue
