Park Forest man accused of stabbing roommate 18 times

PARK FOREST, Ill. (WLS) -- A Park Forest man is charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing his roommate 18 times.

Police say Romero Graham, 26, and his roommate were drinking together at home and then went out to a bar.

When they returned, prosecutors said the two got into an argument. As the roommate tried to leave, Graham stabbed him over and over and then left the knife lodged in the man's head.

The victim survived and is in serious condition.
