Boy, 16, shot in both legs in Grand Crossing

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was shot in the Grand Crossing neighborhood Monday morning.

Chicago police said the teen was shot in the 1500-block of East 74th Street around 11:15 a.m. He suffered gunshot wounds to both legs and was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was stabilized.

No suspects are in custody.
