Mount Prospect family wins racial harassment settlement from neighbor

MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill. -- A suburban family wins a racial harassment settlement from their neighbor.

Iris Howe said for years her Mount Prospect neighbor terrorized her family calling them the N-word and threatening physical harm.

Howe's attorney said the family has received a substantial sum of money from the neighbor and an apology for her behavior.

The Howe family has since moved.
