Police warn of daytime robberies in Loop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police have issued a warning after a pair of robberies in the Loop in broad daylight.

The first robbery happened on July 13 in the 100-block of West Randolph, the second on July 31 in the 300-block of South Wabash, between 5 and 6:30 p.m.

Police describe the suspect as a black man, 5 ft. 10 in. and 160 lbs. with tattoos on his face: a five point star approximately the size of a dime on his left cheek and tattoos between his eyes.
