Bridgeview truck rollover causes traffic snarl

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. (WLS) -- A rollover crash involving a semi truck carrying food closed the northbound lanes of Harlem Avenue in southwest suburban Bridgeview for several hours Tuesday.

Police said the truck was heading north in the 7900-block of Harlem around 2:30 p.m. when it overturned and spilled its contents on the street.

The northbound lanes of Harlem reopened near West 79th Street after crews finished cleaning up.

No one was injured in the crash, police said.
