Blue Line train service restored after possible fire

CHICAGO -- CTA Blue Line service was restored Wednesday evening after it was temporarily suspended between O'Hare and Rosemont stops due to a possible fire.

Shortly before 7 p.m., the CTA tweeted that commuters would experience residual delays. The trains were suspended at about 6 p.m.

Bus shuttle service was helping to route commuters between O'Hare and Rosemont.
