Burglar breaks into McKinley Park Subway shop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police have issued an alert after a Subway sandwich shop in McKinley Park was robbed again on Monday.

The burglary occurred at the restaurant at 31st Street and Ashland Avenue during the early morning hours, police said.

The burglar threw a rock through the window of the restaurant and surveillance video showed the suspect jumping over the counter and slamming the cash register on the ground before running out.
