8 injured after school bus hits large tree branch on NW Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Eight people were hospitalized after a school bus hit a large tree branch Wednesday, the Chicago Fire Department said.

The incident happened in the 2900-block of North Central Park Avenue on Chicago's Northwest Side.

It is not clear if all the injured were children. CFD said no one was seriously injured and students were moved to another bus.
