3 injured in Englewood crash involving stolen SUV

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Three people were injured in in a crash involving a stolen SUV in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood.

Police said an 18-year-old man driving a silver SUV was speeding southbound on South Halsted Street when he hit a black car at West 71st Street.

A man and woman were inside the car, which hit a light pole.

All three were taken to hospitals. Their conditions were not life-threatening.

Charges are pending against the driver of the SUV.
