VIDEO: Police surprise thieves during getaway at Costco store

SEATTLE (WLS) -- Two suspected thieves at a Seattle Costco got a big surprise when they were caught red-handed.

Officers were called to the store when employees recognized one of the suspects from a previous incident.

Police officers positioned themselves at the store's emergency exit and surprised the thieves when they tried to make their getaway.

The pair's getaway driver is also in police custody.
