Lombard man Mark C, Bolan, 55, dies after tire crashes through car windshield

MADISON, Wisc. (WLS) -- A suburban Chicago man was killed when a tire crashed through his windshield shortly after 1 a.m. Monday on the interstate near Madison, Wisconsin.

The tire flew off another vehicle, hit the suburban man's windshield and the driver lost control before sliding into a concrete barrier.

Mark C, Bolan, 55, from west suburban Lombard, was pronounced dead at the scene.
