Walk the Walk for Autism beats fundraising goal

HINDSDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- "Walk the Walk for Austism" took place Sunday in Hindsdale.

Over 1,000 people walked in teams to raise awareness for children on the autism spectrum. Organizers said the event surpassed their fundraising goal and brought in over $116,000.
