Brush fire in south suburban Riverdale

RIVERDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- The Riverdale Fire Department is battling a brush fire near 138th and Cottage Grove

The fire is close to the border of Chicago, but the Chicago Fire Department said in a Tweet it is being handled by Riverdale firefighters.

No injuries have been reported and so far the cause of the fire is unknown.
