William Bricker , former Winnetka teacher accused of sex crimes dies at 94

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (WLS) -- A former suburban teacher accused of sex crimes died in his Michigan home Friday night.

William Bricker was a longtime Winnetka teacher and Boy Scout leader.

Bricker had been in failing health and he was fighting extradition to Wyoming.

He spent his final months on home confinement and receiving hospice care after his September arrest at a nursing home in Traverse City. He was 94.
