A 14-year-old boy is accused of fatally stabbing his brother to death in South Chicago Heights.

SOUTH CHICAGO HEIGHTS, Ill. (WLS) -- A spokesperson for the Cook County state's attorney says no charges have been filed against a 14-year-old boy accused of stabbing his brother to death Wednesday morning at a home in South Chicago Heights.

Police say the 14-year-old got into an argument with his 16-year-old brother.

Investigators haven't said what prompted the fight.
